Default mcsrr

hi i have a 1995 48v when i plug charger in the charger kick on for about 30 seconds and then shuts down i put a new relay inthe charger but still have a problem has any body have any ideas thank you

Have you tried to reset the OBC? Look above in stickies for procedure. If that doesnt work could need to replace OBC.
At this time is your cart still drivable or are batterys completely discharged below 36 volts so charger wont kick in? If so you may need to charge ( each battery ) enough to raise voltage.

thank you for your reply i have reset the obc and check voltage the pack reads 46v i bypassed obc and it will charge i hooked it backup and the charger stayed on and shut down after 5 hours

Check ALL your cable connections real good, check the water in the batteries and check the charger plug. When I say check them I dont mean look at them and say there good. You need to make SURE they are all good.

cables are new batterys top off and batterys post are clean and free of corrosion
