Bad OBC
Can someone tell me how to check n see if the obc is bad. We can't get charger to work on cart, checked the charger on another one and it works so not a charger issue. We think that the OBC is bad like a lot of you guys told us but want to make sure. Can you bypass this to make sure that the obc is bad and if so how?

The black wire coming out of charge receptacle has a fuse holder. Open it up and connect a jumper from the end coming out of receptacle to the main negative of your pack such as battery 6. This should allow the charger to come on... but if it does it will not shut off on it's own since you are bypassing the OBC. If it does allow the charger to come on then your OBC is most likely bad... and I know you tried to reset it already from another thread.
If any have a Precedent... you do not have this fuse holder... the setup is different at the charge receptacle. |
