Assuming it is like any other electric golf cart motor, they can be replaced. You can disassemble it and replace them if you are comfortable with it. If you aren't, look for an electric motor shop around town or a shop that rebuilds alternators. They can most likely help you.

Depending on the year of your cart, you may have aluminum wiring in your motor. My 1986 CC has aluminum wiring and I broke two terminals loose from the windings. After trying to solder (windings are copper colored) and finding out they were actually aluminum, I took it in. The motor shop replaced all terminals by clamping short copper ends on the aluminum wiring, cleaned and restored the looks to like new. I am satisfied with their work and they hit me for $100.
