What's it sprayed with, and how long has it been on there? If you want to clear it, you will have to scuff it. Carefully. Very very carefully, you don't want to muck up the stripe job.

its getting closer here is the update with pics. The paint turned out ok im not an expert but i play one on tv so im not going to clear coat it. I may try it again this winter. All thats left is batteries and what to do with flood damaged seats.

Anyone know where i can get a black and silver club car emblem? i ordered one from buggies unlimited but ofcourse they are back ordered and i dont think they care if i get one or not.

The seat and front cowl emblem has been ordered. now for batteries? price wise i have found some at batteries plus for $104 each, anyone know anything about them?

here is an update of the project. i got the seat installed today and im waiting on the front emblem(should be here soon).

i have not searched for the batteries yet, i have been in San Diego and as soon as i get back from my 25 year class reunion this weekend i am going to look for batteries and ill be rollin.

ok found GC2, 105 amps with a 1 year warranty for 91 bucks at farm and fleet.

Check Sam's Club for Energizers, much less $$$. If you maintain them, they will last a good long time.

Energizers are what I am running and they are going on 4 yrs now. Still good as new and run all I want to. Like they say if you maintain them they will last. I just plug mine in when I go to bed and in the morning they are good to go all day.
