Unhappy 97 electric club car

Hello,

I am haveing trouble with my 97 48volt club car.
I am being told that it is a gen 2 model.
I have installed new crown battery's, new 4 gage wires, about a month ago.
the darn thing just stopped on me about a week ago while I was driving it.
the car charges just fine but it just wont move.
I have also noticed the the selinoid clicks hard when you turn the key on then I have a lighter click shortly afterwords.
I have check for both loose wires & broken wires.
I have checked with a meter and I am getting 50+ volts on both sides of the selinoid with out the peddle depressed.
any sugestings would be very helpful as to I am @ a loss hear.
