Default 36v charger Q

customer said charger would not work on resistor 36v cart. Said when charger moved sparks flew inside.
Cart checks out okay no damage.
Ac checks out no dammage.
charger fuse blown
Top diode disconnected from board
No evidence of exterior trama on case

.....what happened? Dawg
