Default car not level srings i assume?

2004 Precedent... the car leans to the left (drivers) side and does not sit level even when empty and if you sit in it well it obviously is more noticeable. Now the guy i bought it from was ummmm a rather large man so i am assuming that it may need a set of springs but since the front only has a single spring do you think that needs to be replaced? Cause i really don't see e how just half of a spring could be weak. Maybe just replace the back ones the back ones? or is there anyway of adjusting preload?

You could try moving the drivers side rear spring over to the passenger side.If that does not help then a new front spring would be the answer i think.

I have cheated and turned old front spring around and let the drivers load even it out over a period of time? You might check rubber bushings on front spring for wear that sometimes can cause some lean on drivers side. The best is to replace front spring and bushings and see if it levels off. Then after all else fails swap rear springs from side to side as they will let down some also with drivers load.

That's a great idea. I think I will swap sides on the rear springs and see what happens. If that doesn't work i may just need to find me an ummm rather large passenger to ride with me LOL
