Default 96 CC Batt Light

My 48 volt CC battery light stays on even after I charge the batteries. The batts are new last year, no voltage drop accross the battery bank readings. After I plug in the charger, without plugging it in the wall the light goes out. Anyone have an idea on this??

Could be a bad computer... Are you letting the charger turn off completely before unplugging the cord?

Yes, I let it run overnight until it shuts itself down.

What kind of batteries are they? I've seen cheap batteries actually work fine, but operate in a voltage range that will trigger the light.

There's your problem then... T-105's are 6 Volt batteries. They'll never charge up to what you want. Your car takes 6 8 volt batteries. You've got the wrong batteries in your car.
