Default 2006 IQ car question

I have a 1984 DS Club car with 6 yr old batteries. I have done a lot to my cart. Lift kit, paint, wheels and tires back seat, new top etc..... Theres a guy in my town that will trade me a 2006 IQ car for $2,000 difference with 1 yr old batteris. He will transfer all my new stuff and my body to the newer car.
Is this a good deal?

Chinese profit say "IF SOMETHING SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE MAYBE IT IS"?? On the surface it sounds like a great deal, almost too good to be true? I would take time to see if this is a good deal or not? He may be having problems with his IQ ( ASK SCOTTYB )that is harder to cure and very much more expensive to repair? Also what is the quality of his one year old batterys on a scale of 1-10?
Also ask yourself how good a golf cart mechanic he is where it applys to changeover of parts.
