Tire pressure
I recently installed new tires and rims on my CC. They are 22" tires with 12" rims. I use the cart around the neighborhood and on my hunting lease. I just installed the tires and haven't adjusted them. What pressure would you recommend for a smooth ride without effecting speed? If there is one.

Re: Tire pressure
Usually no more than 10 pounds. If you put more than that in the tires will not give a smooth ride. No tire is perfectly round and needs to have the contact patch with the ground a little flat to give a smooth ride. If the tires are to firm they will kind of "bounce" with the varience in the tire. I run my 23" All Trails at 10 pounds and I think that this is a little to firm, I'm going to try 8 pounds.

Re: Tire pressure
Slightly off topic, but what is the correct pressure for stock wheels and tires for early (90's) Club Car? I have no access to owner's manual.
thanks |
