Hooked up new cables, new motor, now I'm getting nothing...

Okay. So I am hoping this is just user error. But, I need help with the remedy. I recently installed my new plumquick motor a few days ago just fine. Everything ran great. My lift and new cables came in yesterday. I installed the lift and new cables. I had to unhook everything from my stock controller and reconnect along with the wires to the motor to install the rear lift pieces. When I reconnected everything I believe I had two wires on the motor incorrect and the cart would not move or do anything other than the battery meter light would light up and it would click one time when I hit the accelerator. So I got online and found a wiring diagram and realized I had to wires incorrect to the motor. I corrected the problem and retried. This time the cart went backwards very briefly (should have went forward) before I let off of the pedal (as I was standing beside it just checking). I then switched the only two wires to the controller it could have been that I removed previously (the blue and the orange single wires that connect to controller). I tried again and nothing. Battery light comes on for 2-3 seconds and I get one click. Cart won't go forward or backwards. My questions are:
Did i fry my F/R switch? I'm gonna check it later today
Could I have fried something else?
Do I simply have something hooked up incorrectly and need to find the problem for a quick fix?

My new controller will be here Monday with instructions so if my controller went out from my stupid error then at least I'm not screwed! Thanx for any help you can give.

Did you isolate your battery pack? If you did not ........when you moved wires around, you might have knocked out your controller. To isolate the battery pack #1 turn key switch off #2 flip to tow #3 disconnect - wire on battery to OBC ( onboard computer ) #4 disconnect + wire on battery to solenoid.........now you can change things like motor or controller......after you have things changed do steps #4 #3 #2 #1 in this order. Hope this helps

Before you install your new controller I'd be sure ALL you new cables are installed correctly. On the controller a couple of the original cables had more then one cable connected to each of the three cable leads. I've attached some pictures showing original wiring to the controller and also to the Purple PlumQuick motor. Also I know this may sound funny but did you test your battery pack for it's voltage? Doing this will also make sure you have your batteries connected properly, (battery 1 positive and battery 4 negative for total pack voltage.)

Thanks for the help!!! It appears as though I have everything wired correctly and have duplicated your pix. I still just get the battery light coming on for 2-3 seconds. Then I mash the accelerator and get a click. Thats it. Here is my setup. Could I have fried the old controller or something else the first time I tried it when I had incorrect wiring?

In your first picture... where is the neg cable that goes thru your OBC going to? It should also be attached to Battery #4 negative. I see the new cable going from Battery#4 to your controller.

Cable from negative on batt 4 is hooked to controller. I did not run it through the hole in OBC because it wouldnt go through there with the lug on the end of the cable. Is this wrong?

Also check the fuse holder, red wires going to it and make sure the fuse it not blown.

It looks like you're pulling the Bat#1 Pos over the wall and to the solenoid... correct?

I see what you are looking at. That is the pos coming around the OBC and connecting to solenoid.
