Cart too fast!
I know most of you are saying "What!" We bought 10 carts a few years back for our 9-hole golf course. I'm now down to four. one of the chargers was marked "Fleet" and one of my carts is way faster than all the others. I wonder if it was a groundskeeping cart. I don't like my customers using it, but I do need it for them. What would I check to see if it has been modded for a speed upgrade? This cart comes back with spruce tree bits in it and scrapes from guy anchors etc. Our course runs outside our netted driving range, i'm waiting for someone to really do something stupid with it out there. My grounds help nearly backed over one of our deck mowers with it t his morning just pulling it out of the maintenance shed. I think this is also the cart that i posted about a few years back that really draws its charge down quickly. Still have to check on it, has been holding a charge normally so far this season.

Re: Cart too fast!
AS STATED ABOVE WE NEED MODEL OF CART. What is serial number?
Is the club car a series or regen cart? Its possible depending on year and model that you can get the controller turned down??? Im sure you are consurned about speed on rental carts as we all know that some golfers are like us and only know wide open. I WOULD LOVE TO FIND A TOO FAST CLUB CAR. |

Re: Cart too fast!
Don't worry... soon enough a black Limo will pull up and four guys will get out and offer you tremendous money for this mysterious "fast cart" that got out of the factory with the experimental upgrades that were never meant for the general public... rest assured...

Re: Cart too fast!
series wired A9833s. As to manufacturer ... given that this is the Club Car forum ... ;~) Anyway, joking aside, i still need to pace it against one of my others just to see if it's the throttle just dumping to full right off the bat, but i had it out the other day and it really seems a lot faster than the others.
