Default 99 club car ds 1/2 speed question

I have a custom Ford Mustang club car ds. It has a 12hp santiago motor and a curtis 550amp controller. My question is: There is a label that someone put on the cart that reads " Microswitch wired @ Half speed" I would like the cart to run full speed. where should I look for the micro switch? and how should it get wired? Thanks

I have been told the the microswitches on the Forward and reverse switch have a red and a orange wire going to them. The said if the orange wire is on the center spade terminal, move it to the bottom. Deos this sound rioght.

have never heard of a microswitch or any other type of switch thats gonna get you faster other than the newer carts that they can set speeds on but you do have 1/2 speed reverse thats standard and for safety but for forward if you find something like that i,d love to know about it..............................
