first off.. want to say hello as i am new to the forum here..
i have a 01 club car series with 8inch lift 25in tires. i have some hills behind my house that are steep(hay feild, no mud), i want to upgarde the motor and not to sure which one i need, i just bought a 700 amp controller and didnt notice really no more torque like i thought i would, so i am guesiing now i need a motor, i would like to gain speed and also have alot of more torque, is there such a motor??? i have been told that i need the beast motor. what kinda gains can i expect from this motor or is there another motor i should look at?? thanks for your replies |

The Beast is high torque, but not necessarily high speed. It is faster than stock, but not as fast as others. But 11 hp by G.E.'s standards is a lot of torque for pulling. I would either recommend the Beast or EMP one of this websites sight sponsors.. EMP will ask you what you want, and then build it.
