testing batteries
what would you guys recommend for a hydrometer for 6 volts batteries. i want to buy a good one thanks .james

Napa Auto Parts $6.00, there as good as any. Don't get the one with the floating balls, there pretty much useless.

When purchasing a hydrometer get one that has a single vertical float and has a temperature scale on side to allow you to correct for temp. Never get a multi ball antifeeze tester as that all its good for? There is a very expensive antifreeze-battery tester comb that you look in one end but they are too expensive for the average person?
