Default Clubcar charger

I have a 48 volt 2002 CC DS. The charger stopped shutting off. Checked all the batteries and they are all good. (8.19 to 8.22) I guess it is the OBC. I know there is a way to reset it . Can I just pull some wires or do i have to disconect the batteries? Could the problem be in the charger?

you can,t reset the obc on the newer carts so i have heard.......but if those readings are after a charge they arn,t that good they should be more like 8.5 up to almost 9 volts..........i would start with batteries check voltage on each one write #,s down than load test each one........it only takes one battery to keep charger running...........if you can try your charger on another cart to see if it shuts off than you know its in the batts, so check them.......don,t just replace the obc you might find you didn,t gain a thing..............i,m not 100% sure but i think carts from 99 and newer there is no obc reset like the older ones and that may be because they have redesigned the obc 3 to 4 times................................

I would check the batteries while on the charger, that will tell you if you have a problem with your batteries and if that is causing your charger to not shut off.
