It's a 48V series cart.

I have a green/white wire that goes to the front limit switch and the yellow wire goes to the #3 terminal on the controller. Are these the correct wires to be using for the test?

That's it!!

You should see anywhere between 4600 and 6500 ohms with the pedal at rest, and 0 to 300 ohms with the pedal on the floor.. The green wire passes thru a limit switch on the back of the F/N/R switch, this switch controls the half-speed reverse.. Check that the wires are connected to the proper terminals on this switch.. The green wire should connect to the TOP terminal, a black wire on the MIDDLE terminal, and a white wire on the BOTTOM terminal..
