Default Broken weld

In the rear where my tow point is the cross member has broke from the frame at the weld. There is a bolt from the factory that is holding everything securely in place, obviously the only way to repair this that I know of is to have it TIG welded. But before I have someone repair it what safety precautions to I need to take so none of the batteries, electronics, or body is harmed? Or is this a case of just weld it up and no need to take precautions?

Default Re: Broken weld

There is no electrical hazard since the cart has no frame ground present ..... just take the usual precautions to protect the body and any other easily harmed components like wires etc close to the work area.
