Sticking Brake Pedal
I have a 1983 Cc and the brake pedal has to pull back with my foot. I check the spring is tight and paw on the parking brake is not hanging up. Any suggestions. This best forum on the net.

Re: Sticking Brake Pedal
Have you tried to lubricate the brake cables going to backing plates? Take cables loose at clevis pins at front and rear of each cable and work the cable back and forth while lubing. While cables are loose check for free motion on pedal assembly, and then check brake lever at backing plate for minor free movement.

Re: Sticking Brake Pedal
Be very careful to block the cart up good and solid and have some one standing by while your underneth, remember your cart can weight up to about 1000 lbs. I lost a 60 year friend by having a jack stand break while he was under it and wasn't found for several hours??
