Steering "bump-stop" fix
What, if anything, are you using to stop the steering from going too far one way on carts with Jake's spindle lifts? My front right tire rubs the body before the bump-stop on my Jake's spindle hits the cart frame. If I had a 3/4" to 1" block in there, it would prevent the tire from rubbing and would also balance the steering rotations from center to left and center to right.
Alignment is adjusted and the toe in is less than 1/4". Last edited by Loosewire; 06-03-2010 at 08:04 AM.. Reason: spelling |
