Lubricating wheels?
Is it necessary to lubricate the wheels once per year?

Re: Lubricating wheels?
I have a whole fleet of club cars and I pull the front hubs off every winter and repack the front bearings. I do have 3 carts that have sealed bearings so they can't be greased but I recomend grease once a year.. jsut think a job that takes less than a half hour and no worries....

Re: Lubricating wheels?
Regular lubrication is ALWAYS a good idea unless you dont mind paying big parts replacement bills? A little grease and a half an hour to perform and every few years a set of seals for about $4.00 is nothing compared to a new spindle $108.72 and hub assembly $58.20 and bearings $20.00 pair plus hours of labor to change?
In some areas af USA I would do them more often ( example ) arid dusty areas, salt water, etc in major parts of California, Arizona, New Mexico etc. |
