Default configure alltrax dcx controller for more range

I am going to be using my gc this weekend at a softball tournament and want to change my controller settings. I dont need all the torque so I was hoping to ramp it down. I reduced the power down to 75% and reduced the top speed. Will reducing the top speed allow the cart to be used for a longer period of time or will it just take longer to get where you want to go and use the same amount of batter power?

What about the throttle control. Which one will use less power?

The pics below are after my changes today trying to get more run time. I am going to use the cart to run around the park and parking lot.

Reducing your Throttle up rate will reduce how fast power applied the cart and will make it seem less torky... For example have it higher is like dropping a clutch, have it lower is like slipping the clutch, you'll still apply the same power in the end but you won't dump anyone off the back with it being set lower as it will ramp up longer.

Agreed. I would set the up and down at 3 and 6

How did it work? When I change my max current and max voltage to anything lower than 100% the cart is a little jerky.
