Re: weak breaks
A 91 48 Volt? Sounds like some type of a hybrid to me. If I had to guess, the brakes probably are too. What kind of brake setup does it have?

Re: weak breaks
im sorry but im not sure if its 48 or 36 volt im trying to figure it out because i plugged it in and the batteries charged up to 39 volts i didn't think that was possible with a 36 volt system so is it a 36 volt? and the type of breaks aren't run by a master cylinder with break fluid it is run by cables. thanks for the help i appreciate it.

Re: weak breaks
Your cart is 36v. You can confirm this by counting the cells. If each battery has 3 cells it's 36v, if each battery has 4 cells it's 48v. Cable operated brakes are standard on course carts. Some of the larger grounds carts have hydraulics but we don't see them much. CC brakes can be adjusted easily and there are threads here to help you.

Re: weak breaks
The adjuster is on top... not on the bottom.
