ok my charger shut down after 45 minutes. Then started back up again. It is running right now, at 5 amps on charger meter and voltage is currently 59.

I meant the clamp probe, the one used to measure DC current.
The OBC will stop at the 1 hour and 2 hour to run another self test.

Sergio I tried your test sequench, using the clamp on meter. I can't say I got any current readings anywhere in the process.

My charger finally cut off. During the final stages of the charge, the charger was putting out 64 volts, so I guess the charger works fine, wouldn't you agree?

2 hours after the charger cut off, the pack reads 51.6 volts.

I will let it sit all nite and check it in the morning, and will post results.

Last week I charged the cart on Saturday. The charger cut off Saturday nite.
So here were my readings :

Sun am 51.0
mon am 50.7
tues am 50.5
weds am 50.5
thur am 50.4
fri am 50.2

So these readings are from the cart sitting, no key on at any time, new Trojan batteries that were all load tested, and the blue wire was disconnected from pack + .

According to my battery chart the cart discharges down to 85 % in a week!

If the charger is doing its job, and we cant determine for sure the reducer is draining, was is left? Is it possible that the obc is somehow faulty?
