Installing 8:1 Gears
Does anyone have directions or diagram for changing out gears on a 1995 Club Car Kawasaki transmission? Or a thread with info. Thanks! Geoff812

Don`t have the directions to do this, BUT if you do get it installed, Also plan on changing battery wires to at least 4 AWG, bigger controller, H/D solenoid, and H/D forward/ reverse switch. From my own experience!! I bought a rear with the gears already in it. I also put in a 36v motor running off the 48v system with 6" lift and 22" tires.

You don't HAVE to change the wires, controller, solenoid and F&R but it is highly reccommended. I have done gears in alot of carts and never HAD to change out the rest. As for instructions on "how to" sorry but I am not aware of any posted anywhere.
