Default 95 Club Car Charger Problem - Still

I reset the obc and double checked the voltage in each battery which is 8v per battery. I plugged the charger in and it is humming but still no reading on the meter so I asume the cart is not accepting a charge. What next?

Thanks

Try either bypassing obc or bypass relay to see if transformer is good.

Never ASSUME.... Drive the cart around a little bit to knock off the surface charge. Pull the cart into your charging area and let it sit for 15 minutes or so. Get a pack voltage reading (probably in the 46-48 volt range depending on how much you drove it). Plug in your charger and walk away for 10 minutes. Come back and get another pack reading (with the charger plugged in). What is your original pack reading (at rest) and what is the new pack reading (on charge)?
