When you have problems with any electric cart always go back to basics ( BATTERYS, CABLES, CONNECTIONS ) just like a car GAS, BATTERY, STARTER, etc. Question how do you know you have "charged the batterys completly", by charger shut off or by what other way?? Sounds like you need to check batterys for condition. Get yourself a single float hydrometer with temperature correcting scale ( NOT A MULTI FLOAT ANTIFREEZE TESTER ) and test each cell and record so we can see what condition they are in. Go to STICKIES ABOVE for ( state of charge readings ) and see for yourself what condition the batterys are in? Once we know battery conditions then we can help you solve problem.

Thank you for the information, the batteries are supposed to be new we charged the cart with the charger and it cut off. When you turn the switch on and put the handle to forward or reverse it jumps a little before you mash the gas petal.
