Default Electrical

Cart is charged - if left plugged into charger - horn blows - headlights and directionals work - when unplugged from charger - cart runs ok - but headlights, horn and directionals dont work ???

what year is cart and are these factory lights and horn or did someone install them? sounds like something is miswired somewhere......................

Do you have a voltmeter?
What is the pack voltage without the charger and with the charger plugged in.... voltage seems to be the only possible difference?

Sounds like he has a voltage reducer hooked up to charg circuit solenoid. I will admit I am not sure of this.
