Cart is charged - if left plugged into charger - horn blows - headlights and directionals work - when unplugged from charger - cart runs ok - but headlights, horn and directionals dont work ???

Do you have a voltmeter?
What is the pack voltage without the charger and with the charger plugged in.... voltage seems to be the only possible difference?
