if your unsure about the batteries you need to get them charged let it sit an hour and than check voltage of each battery write #,s down and post them and load test each battery write #,s down and post them .....as for the bypass, open charger you,ll see the circuit breaker on charger has 2 black wires on it one goes to a small black relay box that black wire is about 2 inches long take the end off at circuit breaker and tape metal end up......than theres a heavier white or tan wire from transformer you want to disconnect that and connect it to circuit breaker where you took small black wire off and thats it...........leave cover off and plug charger in if it works normal get a new OBC if its still the same we need to look elsewhere......if it does work leave it charger for 3 to 5 hours and than undo the bypass with it bypassed the charger won,t shut off on its own.......................

After looking in charger I wasn't sure how to by pass it without possibly messing something up. So I took all batteries off and tested them. All six batteries tested at 8v the tester does not have any decimal places so the readings just said 8v. I took them to auto parts store and they said 2 batteries did not pass the load test and 1 was borderline. Do you think the batteries are causing the problem??

You can not test a charger on a bad set of batteries..... so my advice would to replace the batteries and then proceed with the charger analysis.

Charger works fine on other carts. I just can't get it to show any amps on this cart. It just clicks on and humms but no amps on gauge.
