Precedent rear seat
Look at buying a precedent today and noticed that the back bracket basket and post that holds the top was all plastic. What I am wanting to know is if I buy this cart how and where does the rear seat attach to these plastic parts? This cart is a stock retired 07' precedent with 07' batteries and the owner wants 2K firm. Is this a decent buy? I am wanting to install a lift kit, tires, rims, new batteries (6 8 volt) cart has 4 12 volts now, plum quick motor and of course the rear seat. Thanks for y'alls help. I am a newbie trying to learn

Re: Precedent rear seat
well, I can answer in terms of the rear seat kits I install. All the plastic parts you are seeing get removed and the steel of the seat kit takes their place.
$2K is a fair price, but not really a great price considering those batteries are likely shot.
Just using round numbers:
$1000 Lift / tires /rims (assuming Spindle lift)
$500 battery conversion kit
$650 new PQ motor
$4750 cost of ownership without any labor or extras.
