Question 2000 CC, 36V, no reverse.

Batteries and connections are good. I did have a bad micro switch and replaced all 3. The buzzer sounds and can hear the solenoid in-gauge, no action in reverse. Forward has the same sound and the motor in-gauges. I would guess that the F/R handle switches polarity on the motor. How can I test the switch before replacing. I could use some trouble shooting tips, service manual or wiring schematics Any and all advise will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Allen

All 3? A 36 volt car only has two. One on the F&R Switch and one in the V-Glide switch. A 48 Volt car has 4. 3 on the F&R and one in the V-Glide. Are you sure it's a 36 Volt? Either way, it sounds like an F&R switch problem. Take it off of the car and carefully examine the contacts. You'll probably see one of them with melted plastic all around it.
