Default 1998 club car no go

I have a 98 club car 48 volt it will no move at all has new solenoid that clicks when throttle is pushed but no go

Is this a Series car (Lever style F&R switch) or a Regen car (Toggle style F&R with Tow/Run switch under the seat)?

Check all of your wiring really well and make sure it still looks good. It could be a number of things really... The first step is to check the wiring. What's the battery pack voltage across all of the batteries? It may be a bad controller, motor, controller, or potentiometer (Should be a V-Glide switch on this model)
