2000 Club Car DS 48v-Throttle input for controller?
Hey guys, need some input. I have a club car 48v system. I'm trying to upgrade motors as well as controller. I'm also upgrading the solenoid and fnr switch to heavy duty. First question, How do I tell if my controller or throttle input is 0 to 5k or 5k to 0? How do you know if it has the braking option or not? Is it better to have programmable or non Programmable. Next question, does it matter whether you use 4 guage cables or 2 gauge cables? I'm new to all this but having fun. Just need some help! Thanks to everyone helping.

2 gauge is way overkill, use 4. Get a programmable one, you'll be wishing you did. Theres not much difference other than that in the 2 controllers. Non programmable is pre set wide open.
