Default 90 36V CC.....Upgrade?

What can be done to a 1990 CC V-Glide 36v as far as torque is concerned? Thanks!

I think the biggest improvement you can make without going nutz is a 48 volt conversion. Add batteries, a way to charge them, and a solenoid for a 33% improvement in torque and speed....
