Default Throttle response only 77% CC 48 volt

I have a 2001 CC 48v PDP with a programable 600 amp D&D controller as I run the diagnostics it is only giving me a 77% on the throttle response? How do I get this to 100%. I think I am being robbed of speed. Any thoughts?

Welcome to BGW

Either your go pedal isn't going wide open or your throttle is bad. First check to make sure its going wide open then measure the ohms on the throttle. Should read 5k at zero throttle and 0 wide open (or vise versa)

It's coming from a worn pedal linkage under the floormat. The accel bracket assembly and Pivot rod needs to be replaced to fix it properly. Another possibility may be a worn drive-bar. I'm assuming you've got an MCOR box mounted on the passenger side I-Beam under the floorboard. There is however a cheap and easy way to fix it. As long as the brake will still lock your linkage isn't too terribly bad yet... Take the Drive Bar off of the accel pedal, Put a piece of 1/4" Rubber fuel line over the forward most part of the drive bar fork, lube it up with some WD-40 and reinstall it. This actually twists the drive bar a little further forward and enables it to open up all the way, regardless of pedal slop.

MCOR box was replaced last year. Is there a way to adjust the pedal?

You must have misunderstood me. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the MCOR. I'm saying that there is a problem with the linkage that drives it. Your MCOR isnt opening up all the way because the pedal has too much slop. Yes... There's a way to adjust the pedal, but this will do you no good as it twists the drive bar backwards when you adjust. You end up accomplishing nothing. The pedal should sit 6" From floormat FYI

What exactly is the drive bar? Is it the grey grooved piece that goes into the MCOR? I looked up the pivot rod & bracket, I am good with this.

Yes it's the gray bar that drives the MCOR.
