99 cc 48v carryall charger ?
I have a 99cc carryall 48v and when we plug the charger in, it comes on at around 15 for 30 sec and then kicks off for 2 sec and back on for 10 sec then it stays off until you unplug it and it starts the cycle all over again.
tried a new charger and it does the same thing. Cart has new OBC, new solenoid, new batteries, new 4g wires, new motor. thanks for the help!! |

Is the 4 gauge black wire running "through" the OBC or around it? It MUST go through it.

Re: 99 cc 48v carryall charger ?
if your sure the charger is good have you tried another charger for the heck of it? if not try its possible your new OBC is bad.......when you plug it in it amp meter should go up for 10 sec. than off and than back on and charge was it a brand new OBC or a rebuilt one .......they are selling rebuilt ones now..........if everything is wired right theres not much else other than OBC that would cause that..........................................

Re: 99 cc 48v carryall charger ?
Did you drill the OBC out to make the 4 gauge wire fit or were you able to slide it through?
