the hub looks similiar too,,but i cant get the drum off to tell,,but mine has that circle punched out..i have a half circle showin cause of the drum still on

Can you pull your drum and see if you have the square axle flange like that?

Pull the pin on the brake cable attachment behind the backing plate to release the shoe pressure. You gotta get the drum off anyway to fix this thing.......
