G19E incomplete charge
I am working on a members 2000 yamaha G19 e . The first problem was a split battery . Replaced it after load testing the others. All was fine. Then another battery had to be replaced as the connection to the terminal weakened and broke . Now I keep getting an incomplete charge indication on the charger as soon as I plug it in. The charger goes thru the sequence and doesn't kick in , goes right to incomplete. All the wires are new, tight and clean . I also cleaned the plug on the charger . Any help would be appreciated .

You have posted a Yamaha problem in a club car thread.
 But anyway it sounds like a bad board in the charger.Is it a 48 volt yamaha charger?I am not sure if you have a 48 or a 36 volt car. |

Sorry about the mix up ....i am new to this site . But it is a 48 volt cart . Unfortunately I don't have another charger to try , but thanks for the info and I will re post in the proper site.
