Default 2004 precedent no go

Hi everyone. I am working on a 2004 cc precedent and it will not move. From what the customer tells me it just stopped while he was driving. The battery pack has full voltage and does charge. When the accelorator is pressed, solenoid clicks but no go. I checked all fuses and connections. Batteries ae new and good. I did not get to the continuity testing yet. No smoke, sparks, etc. I did do a obc reset via instructions on this site. Cart in run mode does have buzzer in rev and solenoid does activate in fwd and rev. Any thoughts on what on look for while I perform the cont. Test?

I am no expert but I have seen this happen before and the time I saw it, the controller went out. Could be a number of things but I would test that first.

Thanks David. How can I be sure that I replace this
motor with the correct replacement based off the model and part numbers

Club Car only used two different motors for their IQ cars.... Either will work the same. The only difference is the manufacturer... GE and ADC.. The GE is Grey with a white tag with Orange writing, the ADC is black with a silver end cap. Both have speed sensors with three pins, triangular shape
