hey guys, i appreciate all the effort that you've given on my behalf.

no i don't feel foolish for what happened to the cart. i just bought it. maybe i was foolish to buy it but no matter what i bought i could have gotten a lap full of troubles. all in all i think i got a good cart and with your help it can be a great cart!

I don't blame you. I wouldn't feel foolish either. I wasn't referring to you. I was talking about the guy Shadowman was talking about. I think your cart looks great and it will soon run just as good I'm sure. Nice photograph... The huge cactus growing out of the ground is nothing I've ever seen around here. Where exactly are you from?

i wasn't offended. just wanted to clear it up.
the cactus is a Small 'Saguaro'. (pronounce 'sue are oh). this one is only about 40 years old. they only grow in a very small height above sea level. about 200' agl. they grow to about 200 years old. oh yea. your question. we're in the Tucson, Az. area.

it will be a couple of days before i can get around to doing what you said, but i will and i'll get back to you with the results.

thanks again and again

i did what you suggested and now the cart goes a little faster. the most important part is that everything still works.
thanks for all the helpful advise.

by the way those Saguaro trees grow to about 50-60' sprout limbs and once a year blossom with a pretty flower from the end of the tree. lots and lots of sharp stickers!
