I'm looking for the rectifier mentioned above, but have found a listing of parts or part numbers yet, and where I can order one from. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check with forums sponsors as they can normally get whatever you need.

Charger does nothing. No relay click or transformer humming. Check all connections. Any idea what to check? Thanks.

Does cart run? Cart must have at least 36 volts or so in the battery pack to trigger the charger relay to turn on. If the cart has enough juice, start checking wiring. Check the little red wire from the charger receptacle and make sure it's not corroded and broken off of the battery post. Check the 3/8 amp fuse in the yellow rubber fuse holder behind the charger receptacle if it's a DS car. Precedents are not fused. If all that looks good, pull the cover off of the charger and take the blue and red wires off of the charger relay. Insert probes of multimeter into each of these wires. 1 in each. Set to DC200V and plug charger cord into golf cart. You should see battery voltage on the screen of the meter within 2-10 seconds. If you see voltage, replace the charger relay. If you don't, replace the onboard computer.

Is there a way to check the charger without the golf cart? I'm trying to fix it for a friend and I don't have the cart. I troubleshot it and replaced the relay. No effect. I wasn't getting power on the output side of the relay. Thanks.
