It does say the solenoid SW180 (500amp) and SW80 (400amp) are used. I had to upgrade the F/R switch to be able to use this motor controller. Do you think that makes a difference anywhere in this? I have a 500amp controller so maybe the SW80 is not good enough, ugh!

I didn't know. If the stock solenoid is 400a continuous then it is fine. Now lets look at the diagram for your cart.

Everything looks good. the controller terminals are marked the same as the old ones..... follow the markings... not the location

No, based off the wiring diagrams in my manual and the visual i have the (MCOR) not the Potentiometer setup displayed here.

Okay, so you think I am good to go then, just hook everything up as marked? Don't need to upgrade the solenoid to the SW180?

That 400a CC 48v solenoid should be good enough. Just keep an eye on it at first and see if it is getting real hot ... if so replace it.
