1st off welcome, if the reagan braking braking is staying on the cart will start out at a snails pace than speed picks up but if you look under seat the resistor coil will be glowing hot, have you eliminated the batteries and cables? have you tested and load tested batteries, checked water levels........your cart has 2 soleniods did you jump the right one.........you need to take a voltage treading from each battery after a full charge and it sits an hour...............one bad battery or one dropping out under load will stop a cart in its tracks.........pull and tug cables to make sure all are tight and you want all connections clean, just these simple things wil stop the cart, get a voltage meter to check batteries if your not sure post the voltage #,s and also the cart will take a charge right..................................

i just figured out that the person i bought cart from wired up the yellow wire coming from soleniod to ground on compter i wired it up right but still wont move buzzer now works if i hook jumper wire from batt to soleniod so i can get 48 volts (without jumper wire 32 volts cable may be bad)

i think on he 2000,s you can still try an OBC reset so now that you found that one problem look in the stickies for OBC reset and if that dosn,t help i would start going over wires and cables to make sure nothing else has been rewired wrong or any other bad wires/cables...........................
