Default Short run time after new Batt & Controller

Just bought an 06 Precendent. Ran OK but needed new batteries since they were original 06's. Bought new batteries and everything seemed to be OK. Went through the correct break in period (not running below 12.5 volts each about 10 times and recharging). Batteries are US battery 12 volt (4ea). Been about 2 weeks and installed an Alltrax 400 amp controller and ran fine for the first few cycles.

Now batteries seem to come up to full charge at 12.7 volts but do not last for very long at all. I have a 12volt plug on my panel so only measuring the voltage on one of the batteries. Initially the voltage would drop to about 11.5 volts when I would climb the hill at my home, now (after fully charged) it drops to less than 8 volts when I try to climb the same hill and the batteries do not last 1 mile. This is with a full charge. Thinking it may be my charger I connected a 12volt charger to each battery individually to ensure they were fully charged and got the same result.

Could this be an issue with the F/R switch or solenoid? Both are stock.

It is not safe to assume all 4 batts are good or low or charged up when you are only checking one. So the first thing we need are some pack voltage readings.... Before charging and then recheck as it charges and see if you can catch a reading as high as 58+v near the end of the charge cycle..... then let it set undisturbed for 12 hours and give us a reading (50.9v is 100%) then start driving and note time or mileage and terrain...... Give us as much hard facts as possible on all four........ you may have a bad battery?

I think I found the problem. Load tested the batteries, one them drops to 7 volts when a load is applied. I charged it separately from the pack using a 12 volt charger and it comes up to 12.7 volts. Once the charger shuts off it gradually drops back down to 11.1.

Luckily they are still under warranty so I'll return it.
