solenoid not clicking
i have a 91 cc 36v with a pot box on the end of the throttle linkage i checked voltage on micros all the way to the solenoid but no click and cart will not do anything any help???

Your cart has a v-glide not a pot box. There is one more micro in the pot box, check it yet?

i have just got this cart so iam not familiar with it yet i have checked that micro also scotty b. when i press gas pedal i get voltage on small post on solenoid but no click is there anything else that could be affecting this ... i also do not see a v glide on my cart

The V-glide is a black pie shaped box mounted under the drivers seat, between the batteries.
The solenoid will click when there is pos and neg present at the small posts. |

there is not a v glide the only thing i see is a pot box maybe a curtis pb-6 it looks like someone has done some changing on my cart

Probably a dumb thing to say, but try tightening all the connections that you have access to, controller, batteries, solenoid, etc. How much voltage are you getting.

Well, I guess you are right, there is no black box, (duh). I am assuming that this is a DS model?

controller.jpg my cart has a pot box,from there to a white rodgers 586 36v solenoid and from there to this controller... i can jump the solenoid and cart will move in reverse but when in foward it will get red hot, i checked voltage to solenoid with a dvm and i get good voltage to solenoid but still no click and no go .... if you guys need any more info just ask and i will be glad to fetch it up... and by the way thanks for the help
