Ok so it was not the F&R switch. Does anyone else have any ideas????

I washed it this weekend and I could feel power through the front end when I wipped the headlights and cowl down. DIdn't shock me but I could feel it in my arm. PLEASE Help, This is driving me (and my wife) insane!

Ok going to have to start with the basics, need a digital volt/ohmn meter.Jack it up put on jackstands, check individual batt voltage and full pack voltage.Check every cable, cable end from the front of the cart to the motor and cable connections on the controller and main relay.Describe the problem to the best of your ability.I was trying to think of how any batt voltage could be transfered to the frame or body??Cart is a 48 volt, does it have a voltage reducer on it for lights or any other acc,if so disconnect it and see if your bleed stops.did the f&r switch solve the original problem.May seem alittle overwelming at first but it will get easy.Dave

On my phone now. Just checked it sorry. I don't have a meter here at the moment so I might have to wait til tomorrow. I can however Jack it up making sure all the wires are good.
No, the original problem wasn't fixed either. The f&r switch was just part of the problem. Ill get back with you man. Thanks!
