Default Windshield Wiper

Ok working on making my CC Precedent Street Legal and need to have a Windshield wiper. Well i bought a universal electric one and the guy told me mount it to the bottom of the windshield but if i do that its not going to do a thing which honestly i really dont care and will prob never use it but it just looks odd to be set up to wipe a part of the windshield that you dont really see out of. Has anyone installed a wiper in any of their carts be it a cc or precedent or not and might have a picture to show me what it looks like before i go drilling holes?

I think it`s crazy you need wipers too. I got a manual one for my carts here in Ohio. #1 who`s going to ride in the rain that much and #2 its not going to make it that hard to see without one as you aren't traveling that fast!! I mounted mine to the top of the windshield. That's where they are on the new LSVs if you buy one. Odd though, here in Central Ohio...Seat belts aren't required, But wipers are!! Go just a bit away from central Ohio and seat belts ARE required!! Go figure!!

All the street legal carts I have seen have manual wipers. Less weight less clutter no wiring hassels and since you arn't going to use it anyway. I Don't think I have a photo but they were all mounted through the plastic windshield.
Photo is not from a good angle but you can see the wiper stowed in the straight up position .

I have installed several of these kits on upper top frame or drilled windshield itself and it met requirements that TEXAS USED TO ALLOW WHEN YOU COULD MAKE CARTS STREET LEGAL??

Tell em you use rain x. I can see why seat belts are required from past experience but a wiper? Haha that's a lot of good lol
