Default battery power lost

my club car ds 48 volt works fine for the first 30 mins the batterys are fully charge to 52.3 volt then they slowly start slowly droping down 30 volt what would case the could it be the voltage vaglotor

The first things the check is the battery water, and all of your cable connections to ensure they are clean and tight.

You have 1 or more bad batteries.
Fully charged (and settled) = 50.9v
after approx. 90 minutes of peddle time you should have approx. 48.3 volts. (time to recharge)

You mileage will vary
But dropping 30v is a red flag.

also there is no voltage regulator on your cart, are you sure its dropping to 30 volts because if so when you plug charger in it shouldn,t work that voltage is to low to turn charger on unless something is bypassed in charger.....................................
