Default Bad Motor??? or something else

Man man man. I have a club car 04 model on 48v system. Parked it in the barn one night, went back in two days...Dead. charged it up dead. took it to golf cart shop, a month later they finally called me back...one dead battery. So fixed the one. Brought it home, rode it half mile...dead as a hammer. Charged it overnight (I have a power drive 2 charger), same thing. Did this for two days, got the reds and tested all batteries had another bad one. So I replaced them all. charged it up ran good, not long, then slow. charged it again overnight, ran slow slow slow. Tested the volts, got 58v while charging, 51 after charge, and if you run it even though it is going slow slow slow barley can pull itself, I have 48v at the motor connections while under a load, 51 at the collinoid. So I jacked it up. even off the ground it barley wants to move the tires. I changed the reverse speed control on the F/R lever, changed all batteries. I don't know what to change next. Motor, the controller, the collonoid clicks and gives me voltage on both sides and is equal under a load. I haven't changed the f/r lever (its a rocker leaver not a flip switch) or controller or motor. Any suggestions. I am not real interested in taking it in to the shop as i got screwed for the one battery and dignostic fee. Any help is great.

It's ether going to be throttle, motor or controller. I'd start by testing the throttle with a volt/ohm meter and go from there.

I'm assuming this is an IQ car. (Serial number begins with AQ04 or PQ04) Does the car "Beep Beep Beep" when you try to push it? It should... if not, you've got a bad speed sensor. A bad speed sensor on an IQ car will slow you down A LOT!

Not an IQ. Serial number is AA0435-425567. no beeping when you push it. Never has done that.

Those are microswitches. According to your description and serial you dont have a motor speed sensor.

You'll measure the throttle to see if it runs from 5k-0 ohm (0 throttle to wide open) Some controllers were 0-5K.

The f/r is a big leaver that slides from one side to the other. it's not a rocker switch or a little flip switch.
